Joint Use of Employees' Personal Information

We would like to inform you that each company of Kansai Airports Group ("KAP Group") will jointly use the personal information of its executive officers and employees (Collectively the "Employees", including former executive officers and employees.) obtained by each company as follows ("Notice").
Employees include Regular Employees, Expert Employees, Semi-Regular Employees, Support Employees, Fixed-term Employees for Special Assignment, Rehired Fixed-term Employees for Special Assignment after Retirement, Contract employees, Part-time Employees, and Temporary Employees.

1. Personal information used jointly
   1. Name, gender, date of birth, contact information (address, telephone number, email address, etc.), individual identification number such as employee number, date of entry and exit of the company, employment type, affiliation, title, grade, work history, transfer history, family information, and other information on attributes of the Employees (However, it does not include specific personal information.)
   2. Personnel evaluation, commendation, disciplinary action, salary, social insurance, attendance data, congratulations and condolences, information on retirement, and other information on personnel management and benefits registered in the personnel management system
   3. Education and training records, qualifications, results of various assessments, and other information on employees' abilities

   However, the data will be made anonymous in the case of joint use with Vinci Airports SAS.

2. Scope of joint use
   
   KAP and its group companies, and Vinci Airports SAS
3. Purpose of use

   The information will be jointly used for the effective and efficient personnel management for the entire KAP Group, including the following purposes:

   • Appropriate allocation of human resources through personnel transfers within the KAP Group
   • Development of human resources and provision of education and training opportunities for the KAP Group
   • Analysis of data, including the preparation of statistical data, and the formulation of the KAP Group's personnel system, various measures, and policies using results of the analysis
   • Aggregation, analysis, and visualization of personnel data for the Vinci Airports Group and the KAP Group as a whole, using tools provided by Vinci Airports SAS
   • Other purposes defined in the regulations and rules established by the KAP and its group companies to which the Employees belong
