The average age of employees is 41.7 years old. By gender, the average age of male and female employees is 43.1 and 38.6 years old, respectively.

The average length of service of employees is 10.4 years. By gender, the average length of service is 10.8 and 9.4 years for men and women, respectively.

The turnover rate for fiscal 2024 was 7%.

Working Hours and Vacation Usage

The number of vacation days taken in fiscal 2024 was 13.6 days.

The average monthly non-statutory working hours in fiscal 2024 was 11.9 hours.

Maternity and Childcare

In fiscal 2024, the rate of male employees taking childcare leave was 100%, and the rate of female employees taking childcare leave was 134%. The calculation was made based on the Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life and by dividing the number of employees who took childcare leave in the fiscal year in question by the number of employees or their spouses who gave birth in the fiscal year in question. Some companies in our group allow childcare leave up to the age of two, so this rate may exceed 100%.
