Kansai Airports has announced that it has reached a preliminary decision regarding the following changes to its Board of Directors.
These changes will be formally resolved at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on 29 June 2026.
■ Retiring Director (effective on 29 June 2026)
Representative Director and CEO Yoshiyuki Yamaya
■ Newly Appointed Director (effective on 29 June 2026)
Representative Director and CEO Yasuaki Mikami
Note: Mr. Yamaya is scheduled to assume the position of Senior Advisor effective 30 June 2026.
