Kansai Airports today announces that the Passenger Service Facility Charges (PSFC) for domestic flights at Kansai International Airport Terminal 2 (KIX T2) will be revised, effective April 1, 2026.
PSFC is allocated to providing services in departure and arrival lobbies, as well as to developing and maintaining various facilities, so that passengers can use the terminal building more safely and comfortably.
The revision is due to the completion of the ongoing renovation work at KIX T2 Domestic Area in the spring of 2026 and recent increases in costs such as energy and labor.

Applicable passengers and collection method
Applicable passengers: Domestic flight passengers traveling via KIX T2 on or after April 1, 2026, with tickets issued on or after April 1, 2026.
Collection method: As before, PSFC will be collected together with the airfare at the time of ticket purchase.
Revised PSFC (including consumption tax)
* At Terminal 2, there is no child fare. Infants travel free of charge. (Infants are defined as passengers under 3 years of age; however, if an airline ticket is to be used, the applicable fare must be paid).
