In promoting our environmental activities, we would like to promote cooperation with our suppliers based on clearer environmental procurement guidelines for understanding Kansai Airports’ environmental philosophy through these guidelines.

For the procurement of small amounts (10 million yen or less), we use “Purchase One,”a purchasing system managed by SB C & S. Transactions under “Purchase One” require vendor registration. If you are willing to register, please contact the Procurement Department.

We are promoting the use of electronic contracts with the aim of reducing the burden on both placing and receiving orders. In principle, electronic contracts will be used for contracts of 1 million yen or more. We use the electronic contract service“CECTRU ST-Light,” provided by Construction-ec.com Co., Ltd. For the procurement orders we will place, we request suppliers to submit a “Confidential Information Pledge” regarding the handling of the information disclosed to bidding participants.

We disclose our ordering plans for major construction and equipment installation works.
Since the disclosed details of the planned works are as of the time of disclosure, the works we actually order may differ from descriptions in the disclosures or may be postponed or canceled. Also, the procurement procedure for the works may have already been completed, including cases where a contract for the works has already been signed.
