・At Kansai International Airport, the number of non-Japanese passengers fell to 91% year-on-year,falling below the year‐earlier figure for four consecutive months. In contrast, the number ofJapanese passengers reached 109% year‐on‐year, exceeding the previous year’s level. The totalinternational passenger traffic reached 2.17 million, or 96% year-on-year, also declining year-on-year for the fourth consecutive month.
・By destination, passenger numbers for China stood at 46% year-on-year, remaining well belowthe previous year for a second consecutive month. Meanwhile, routes for South Korea, Hong Kongand Macau, and Southeast Asia recorded strong growth, reaching 118% year-on-year, with manyregions significantly surpassing the previous year’s results.
