Kansai Airports has announced the following change to its Board of Directors.
Retirement (effective 31 March 2026)
Hidetake Takahashi Outside Director
New Appointment (effective 1 April 2026)
Shuji Irie Outside Director
The changes will take effect after the resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 1 April 2026
Retirement (effective 29 June 2026)
Yoshiyuki Yamaya Representative Director and CEO
New Appointment (effective 29 June 2026)
Yasuaki Mikami Representative Director and CEO
The changes will take effect after the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 29 June 2026.
In addition, Yoshiyuki Yamaya is scheduled to be appointed as Advisor effective 30 June 2026.
(Note) At Kansai Airports Kobe, Yoshiyuki Yamaya is scheduled to step down from his position as Representative Director and CEO effective June 29, 2026, and Yasuaki Mikami is scheduled to be appointed as the new Representative Director and CEO.
