Kansai Airports is pleased to announce the opening of the new Credit Card Members Lounge “NORTH LOUNGE” on April 1, 2026, in the international departure area of Kansai International Airport (KIX) Terminal 1.
This lounge is newly established by consolidating several credit card lounges that were previously scattered throughout the wing areas of the international departures zone in Terminal 1 into a central location. Based on the concept of “Unwind while feeling the essence of Kansai,” the space offers a refined atmosphere with design elements inspired by Osaka and the Kansai region. In addition to a wide range of complimentary beverages, guests can enjoy non-alcoholic mocktails made with premium French syrups at no extra cost.
We also offer a variety of services, including Osaka’s iconic takoyaki (available for purchase) and a “Automatic Super Delice (ASD) vending machines by FamilyMart (Food Vending Machine).”—the first ever to be introduced in any airport lounge in Japan. By blending local character with convenience, these offerings provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable experience before their departure.
