Kansai Airports is pleased to announce the launch of the second round of the Passport Application Campaign starting 1 November 2025.
This campaign aims to boost outbound travel demand and increase the passport acquisition rate in the Kansai region. Following the success of the first round, the second round offers even more attractive campaign rewards. All international travelers departing from Kansai International Airport (KIX) or Kobe Airport (KOBE) who obtain or renew their passports during the application period will receive a QUO Card Pay gift, with the amount depending on the number of international flights taken. We encourage you to take this opportunity to apply for a passport and embark on an overseas journey.
Kansai Airports Group will continue to implement various initiatives and share information to inspire greater interest in airports and travel among a wider audience.
Campaign details
Eligibility: All individuals who obtain or renew their passports during the application period and take international flights departing from KIX or KOBE. *Membership in the KIX-ITM Card program (free annual membership) is required to apply for this campaign.
Application period: 1 November 2025 to 28 February 2026 *Travelers who get on boardinternational flights after 28 February 2026 are also eligible.
Rewards:
1 international flight departing from KIX or KOBE: QUO Card Pay worth 2,000 yen
2 international flights departing from KIX or KOBE: QUO Card Pay worth 5,000 yen
3 international flights departing from KIX or KOBE: QUO Card Pay worth 10,000 yen
How to apply: During the application period, please visit the dedicated campaign page, fill in the required information, and upload images of your passport and documents such as boarding passes that prove your international travel from KIX or KOBE.
