Kansai Airports has learned that the server that manages KIX-ITM Global Business Club (GBC), a membership service for our company corporations, received notice of an unauthorized access from the outside, and some personal information of its members was leaked.
In response, our company is currently investigating the damage. We would like to inform you of the outline of this incident as it is currently known. This personal information does not include credit card information. At this time, no unauthorized use of personal information related to this incident has been confirmed.
We deeply apologize for causing a great deal of concern and inconvenience to the users of this service and others associated.

During a system inspection (vulnerability diagnosis) conducted by our company, it was discovered that some information was accessible to a third party. Upon investigation, an unusual access history was detected, and multiple communications were repeated on April 6, 2024, last year.

1. Number of cases: 10,575 (information registered as of April 6, 2024)
2. Number of members and breakdown of their information.
・Corporate information (Company name, company address, phone number, job title, department, and email address): 815 cases.
・User email address: 9,760 cases.
*Members who joined the service on or after April 6, 2024, are not applicable.

Future Actions
Our company takes this incident seriously and will restructure and re‐check the security of the service in question, further strengthen countermeasures, and make efforts to prevent a recurrence.
