\nWe are promoting the use of electronic contracts with the aim of reducing the burden on both placing and receiving orders. \nSince the disclosed details of the planned works are as of the time of disclosure, the works we actually order may differ from descriptions in the disclosures or may be postponed or canceled. Also, the procurement procedure for the works may have already been completed, including cases where a contract for the works has already been signed.<\/p>\n
