Kansai Airports and Kansai Airports Group Companies (hereafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby establish the terms of use as follows (hereafter referred to as the \u201cterms of use\u201d) in order to realize valuable communication with users in operating the Company\u2019s official social media account (hereafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u2019s official account\u201d). The terms of use shall be established as common terms within the Group.<\/p>\n

\nThe terms of use shall apply to all users of the Company\u2019s official account.<\/p>\n
2. Operation Policies
\nNote that the information distributed by the Company through the Company\u2019s official account does not always constitute the Company\u2019s official announcements and opinions. The Company\u2019s official announcements are posted on its official website and made through news releases.
\nNote that the Company does not view or reply to all comments and information posted on the Company\u2019s official account.
\nThe operation of the Company\u2019s official account may be terminated without notice.
\n3. Disclaimer
\nThe Company shall not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information posted on the Company\u2019s official account in the service. The Company shall assume no responsibility for all users\u2019 acts committed with the use of information obtained through the Company\u2019s official account.
\nThe Company shall assume no responsibility for any dispute arising between users or between\/among users and any third parties in connection with the Company\u2019s official account.
\nIn addition to the above, the Company shall assume no responsibility for any damages arising from matters related to information obtained through the Company\u2019s official account.
\n4. Prohibited acts and violation
\nPlease refrain from posting the following information on the Company\u2019s official account. The Company may claim damages against a user if the said user causes damage to the Company by violating the terms of use. If information posted by users falls under the scope of any of the following items, the Company may delete such information without notice. Acts of posting personal information or similar information, or acts equivalent thereto
\nActs that infringe or may infringe the rights or assets of the Company, or acts that damage or may damage the reputation or credibility of the Company, other users, or third parties.
\nActs that infringe all or any part(s) of the copyrights, portrait rights, or intellectual property rights of the Company, other users, or third parties.
\nActs that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morality, or acts of posting information and photos etc. related to such acts
\nActs of assuming the disguise of other users (including the Company\u2019s official account) or third parties (spoofing)
\nActs of posting protected confidential information
\nActs of utilizing the Company\u2019s intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company
\nAdvertisement, promotion, or acts undertaken for commercial purposes
\nActs of modifying any information distributed by the Company
\nActs of posting information that contains harmful, immoral, violent, or discriminatory content, or information that is associated with or leads to such content
\nActs that violate the terms of use established by each social media operating company
\nOther acts deemed to be inappropriate by the Company
\n5. Treatment of intellectual property rights
\nIn using the Company\u2019s official account, users shall transfer the copyrights to all information and content transmitted to the Company via emails, etc., or posted on the website to the Company without charge, and users shall not exercise moral rights regarding the use of the said information or content by the Company.<\/p>\n
6. Copyrights
\nInformation posted on the Company\u2019s official account is protected by the copyright act and other laws. Unauthorized reproduction, excluding private use and acts permitted by the copyright act (such as quotation and citation), by users shall be prohibited.<\/p>\n
7. Handling of personal information
\nPersonal information shall be appropriately handled based on the privacy policy established by the Company.<\/p>\n
8. Link to the Company\u2019s official account
\nThe following matters shall be observed if users add a link to the Company\u2019s official account. If any violation of any of the following items is identified, we may refuse to allow users to add link(s) and\/or ask them to remove link(s).<\/p>\n
Users are allowed to add a link to the Company\u2019s official account only for the purpose of enhancing the convenience of users who visit the Company\u2019s official account. Users shall not be allowed to add links for commercial purposes.
\nUsers should use the URL of the top page of the Company\u2019s official account as a link destination.
\nWe do not allow users to add any links that display the content of the Company\u2019s official account in combination with other content. Moreover, even if the content of the Company\u2019s official account is displayed independently, if it is displayed as a part of another social media site, users shall be prohibited from adding links. Be sure to add links in a way such that the Company\u2019s official account is displayed in a new pop-up window and browser.
\nUsers are prohibited from using any logo or title design provided in the Company\u2019s official account in any other social media site as a link button, etc. If users add a link to the Company\u2019s official account, clearly state the Company\u2019s official account name. Do not state only \u201cKanku,\u201d as it may give misleading information regarding information provider.
\nWe firmly refuse any links from social media sites if they fall under the scope of any of the following items.
\n(1) Social media sites that contain content that slanders or libels the Company or any third party, or damages the credibility or reputation of the Company or any third party.
\n(2) Social media sites that infringe the Company\u2019s or any third party\u2019s copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights
\n(3) Social media sites that are deemed to be inappropriate by the Company, as they may damage the Company\u2019s social credibility or the Company\u2019s image.
\nThe Company shall not guarantee the content of social media sites that include link(s) to the Company\u2019s official account, and the Company shall assume no responsibility for any damages caused by the use of any such sites.<\/p>\n
Moreover, the aforementioned shall not mean that companies that operate the said social media sites and the Company have a special relationship, or that the Company recommends the products or services provided by such companies. When using such social media, confirm their respective terms and conditions of use.<\/p>\n
In principle, the Company shall not add a link to any other social media site in the Company\u2019s official account.<\/p>\n
9. Changes to the terms of use
\nThe Company may change the terms of use without prior notice. In such case, the terms of use after the change shall be effective as of the date displayed on the Company\u2019s website or the Company\u2019s official account, unless otherwise specified by the Company.<\/p>\n
